Street Outreach

Street Outreach Services are available in Washington, D.C. (Wards 1, 2, and 4) and Prince George’s County, Maryland. LAYC staff connect directly with youth under 25 who are experiencing homelessness, offering case management, referrals to our DC Drop-In Center, and essential items like gloves, hats, hygiene products, and snacks. In Maryland, the Youth Connections program provides additional support, including emergency shelter access, crisis stabilization, and follow-up care. We also collaborate with local businesses and organizations across the DMV to reach and support youth in need.
