Project ERASE Poverty is a place-based partnership led by Latin American Youth Center, working alongside neighbors, schools, and organizations to reduce child poverty across East Riverdale and Adelphi.
Who We Are
Project ERASE (East Riverdale, Adelphi, Service Ecosystem) Poverty is a collaborative initiative led by LAYC and a growing network of partners serving families across both communities. We're funded by the ENOUGH Initiative of the Maryland Governor's Office for Children, a statewide effort investing in community-led, place-based strategies to reduce child poverty.
ENOUGH focuses on neighborhoods disproportionately affected by decades of disinvestment — communities where systemic barriers have long limited wealth-building and economic mobility. Our work is about changing that trajectory, together.
