Flordelisa Perez-Dolan

Chief Development and Communications Officer

Flordelisa Perez Dolan serves as LAYC's Chief Development and Communications Officer. She has over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to successfully build trust and foster strong relationships with funders, board members, senior staff, and volunteers. Previously she was with AARP Foundation as a Donor Relations Officer where she stewarded, cultivated and solicited a pool of 2,000 donors that included current and former board members, legacy donors, major gift prospects, and AARP employees. At AARP Foundation, she raised funds to support programs for low-income older adults across the United States. She was also the Director of Development at Rising for Justice, a legal services nonprofit, where she led all fundraising and communications operations ranging from direct mail, grant writing, digital fundraising, special events, and individual giving. Flordelisa served as the Empowerment Center Director of the YWCA of Bethlehem in Pennsylvania, overseeing and managing programs for women and girls, and racial justice programs. She has a BA in International Studies with a Minor in Spanish from Muhlenberg College and an MA in Political Science from Lehigh University.
