Our Drop-In Center is a welcoming space for youth ages 24 and under to access safe housing resources. Our supportive staff provide ongoing assessments and case management to connect young people with essential services, including education and employment support, mental health care, and assistance with public benefits.

What we can do for YOU:
Access Housing
Our primary function at the Drop-in Center is to help youth gain access to a housing program throughout the D.C. area. These programs can be in the form of Transitional housing, Group-Home Style, Family-Based Housing, and Emergency Shelter or Family Reunification. Housing referrals for
youth 18-24.
Recover Your Documents
You can use our address to receive mail and get your D.C. ID. We can also help you get a copy of your Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, or High School Diploma.
Get You Back to School
Whether you’re working on your GED, Diploma, a trade, or college credits, we have the tools to get you to your educational goals.
Resources for Young Parents
A Case Manager can walk you through housing options for you and your family as well as help you access free diapers and parenting classes.
Locate Resources
Applying for benefits, help with a resume or job search, getting connected to mental health resources, support groups, you name it we’ll find it for you!

Most services are in person. Please reach out to the Program Manager to schedule housing intakes and for updated hours.
Meal Hours: Snack bags and to-go meals provided throughout the day.
