LAYC Youth Attend Innaugural Neighborhood Ball

Eight youth from LAYC’s AmeriCorps, Upward Bound, and In-school programs attended the unprecedented and much anticipated Inaugural Neighborhood Ball, hosted by President and First Lady Obama.  The star-studded celebration featured performances and appearances by Will.I.Am, JayZ, Shakira, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Mary J.
