Learning and Evaluation at LAYC
LAYC created the Learning and Evaluation Department in 2005 to oversee three primary activities:
- Creating and maintaining an LAYC-wide data tracking system to document demographic, output, and outcome information in a consistent and usable manner;
- Evaluating each LAYC program and assisting in the use of the resulting information to inform decision-making and demographic change; and
- Obtaining data and information to assist the strategic growth of LAYC, including primary and secondary research projects.
