The Summer Youth Employment Program provides summer employment and training experiences for youth between the ages of 14-21 years old, with an emphasis on developing the economically disadvantaged. It also provides a mechanism through which eligible youth are able to earn money while gaining meaningful work experiences, skills oriented training and career exposure. The summer program is a ten week program, which usually starts the June thru the end of August. All program activities, unless otherwise noted, take place at Latin American Youth Center.
