Hope's House (HH) is a nine-month transitional living program available to youth ages 18-24 who are single parents with one child; youth are homeless or unstably housed and should be able to demonstrate that they have begun to build skills needed to live independently. Youth live in studio apartments with their children, meet weekly with a case manager and are offered wrap-around services and parenting classes while in the program. Bilingual services in English/Spanish offered. Referrals can be made by social service providers or youth themselves can call the Street Outreach Program at 202-319-2624.
