Extended Housing (EHP) PDF Print

The Extended Housing Program (EHP) is a six month transitional living program available to youth ages 18-24 who are homeless or unstably housed: youth should be able to demonstrate that they have begun to build skills needed to live independently when they apply. Youth live in studio apartments, meet weekly with a case manager and are offered wrap-around services while in the program. Bilingual services in English/Spanish offered.

Referrals can be made by social service providers or youth themselves can call the Street Outreach Program at 202-319-2624.
