EffectivenessThis section includes material associated with LAYC-wide outcomes and outcome measures. During the completion of a strategic planning process in 2007 and 2008, LAYC developed a series of three outcomes and associated indicators. These are summarized in the following document: LAYC Outcomes and Indicators Framework (pdf) Due to LAYC’s nature as a multi-service organization with dozens of distinct services, aggregation of program outcome information from prior years into a few indicators is difficult. Therefore, the following summary documents provide a sampling of LAYC’s work and outcomes.
