IMPACTO consulting helps nonprofit organizations develop and implement evaluation and outcome measurement systems. LAYC has provided advice to local, regional, national, and international groups for years on creating and improving outcome measurement systems. We formed IMPACTO as a social enterprise to respond to that demand.

We offer outcome-oriented consulting services to create, evaluate, and refine youth and community programming. All IMPACTO consultants have spent the majority of their professional careers developing, refining, and evaluating programs in Washington DC and throughout the USA and the world.

What Services Do We Offer?

Becoming a Learning Organization through Outcomes Measurement, Performance Management, and Evaluation.

Director of Learning and Evaluation Tony Fujs and staff are available to provide a variety of consulting services to non-profit organizations, government entities, and private companies. Consulting services include:

  • Helping organizations and programs articulate outcomes, develop indicators of success, and implement data collection procedures and instruments;
  • Training on how to create an evaluation culture to measure program effectiveness;Using the Efforts-to-Outcomes (ETO) performance management software to collect data, evaluate programs, and return useful reports;
  • Stand alone workshops are also available, on topics such as:
    • Importance of evaluation for nonprofits;
    • Outputs vs. Outcomes: What's the difference and why should we care?
    • Useful not Useless Data;
    • Logic Models: What they are and why they are useful;

In addition to these standard services, IMPACTO consultants can also deliver customized consulting services to fit any potential need in the areas of evaluation, outcomes measurement, and performance management.
